Corn Pankos

Panko is known for its Japanese breadcrumbs and is made from bread.

The unique thing about these pankos is that they are made from corn flour. The advantage is that they are  crispier and fluffier than wheat-based pankos. Corn panko is available in its pure form and also flavoured with green herbs, curry, kimchi and soy.
