Sausage Roll Deluxe
Ingredients
- Puff Pastry
- Minced Meat
- Egg
- Pepper en salt
- Corn Panko Kimchi
- Mixed salad
- Honey tomatoes
- Natural Sauce Aji Amarillo - Food Revolution by Didess
Preparation
- Cut the puff pastry into rectangles.
- Poke the puff pastry with a fork.
- Mix the minced meat with egg, pepper and salt.
- Place the minced meat on the puff pastry and finish with Corn Panko Kimchi.
- Coat the edges with egg yolk.
- Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
- Place the honey tomatoes in a bowl and sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Finish the sausage rolls with mixed salad, puffed honey tomatoes and Natural Sauce Aji Amarillo.
- Roast the tomatoes for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
