Palatinose
Palatinose is a sweetener which is low in calories and half as sweet as granulated sugar. This sugar substitute can be used like ordinary sugar in a huge range of products, such as in bread, cereal bars, sweets, ice cream, drinks... Less soluble in liquid, but very stable during processing.
