Sausage roll with Corn Panko Kimchi

Ingredients
- Puff pastry
- Minced meat
- Egg
- Pepper and salt
- Corn Panko Kimchi
Preparation
- Cut the puff pastry into rectangles
- Poke the puff pastry with a fork.
- Mix the minced meat with egg, pepper and salt.
- Place the minced meat on the puff pastry and finish with Corn Panko Kimchi.
- Coat the edges with egg yolk.
- Bake 15 minutes on a preheated 180°C oven.
