Sausage roll with Corn Panko Kimchi

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry
  • Minced meat
  • Egg
  • Pepper and salt
  • Corn Panko Kimchi

Preparation

  1. Cut the puff pastry into rectangles
  2. Poke the puff pastry with a fork.
  3. Mix the minced meat with egg, pepper and salt.
  4. Place the minced meat on the puff pastry and finish with Corn Panko Kimchi.
  5. Coat the edges with egg yolk.
  6. Bake 15 minutes on a preheated 180°C oven.
