Ingredients:
- Vegetable Sheet Potato - Food Revolution by Didess
- Natural Sauce Salsa Brava - Food Revolution by Didess
- Natural Sauce Basil - Food Revolution by Didess
- Natural Sauce Aji Amarillo - Food Revolution by Didess
- Rice Crispies Tomato - New Tex
- Caviaroli Basil
- Food Revolution by Didess
- Parmesan Cheese
- Cress
Preparation:
- Use 2 vegetable sheets. Remove the protective layer from the sheets and apply generous water with a brush to the shiny side of the sheet, then stick it to the other sheet (with the shiny sides together).
- Then cut these into the desired shape.
- Fry them in vegetable oil at 180°C for 2-3 seconds. Drain them on kitchen paper. If the sheets are stored in an airtight container after cooling (at room temperature of 18-20°C), they can be used for 2-3 days. The use of drying agents extends the shelf life.
- The "pizza" is an à la minute dish. Finish to your own creation and taste with tufts of Natural Sauces, Rice Crispies Tomato, Caviaroli Basil and freshly shaved Parmesan cheese.
