Preparation:

  1. Use 2 vegetable sheets. Remove the protective layer from the sheets and apply generous water with a brush to the shiny side of the sheet, then stick it to the other sheet (with the shiny sides together). 
  2. Then cut these into the desired shape.  
  3. Fry them in vegetable oil at 180°C for 2-3 seconds. Drain them on kitchen paper. If the sheets are stored in an airtight container after cooling (at room temperature of 18-20°C), they can be used for 2-3 days. The use of drying agents extends the shelf life. 
  4. The "pizza" is an à la minute dish. Finish to your own creation and taste with tufts of Natural Sauces, Rice Crispies Tomato, Caviaroli Basil and freshly shaved Parmesan cheese.
