Ingredients

  • 15 g water 
  • 15 g malto 
  • 60 g Rice Crispies Pure
  • 5 g Crunchy Buckwheat

Preparation

  1. Mix malto with water. 
  2. Mix the Rice Crispies and Crunchy Buckwheat with the malto base and roll out directly between two baking papers.
  3. Bake at 110°C for 15 minutes.
