Crunchy Rice Crispies

Ingredients
- 15 g water
- 15 g malto
- 60 g Rice Crispies Pure
- 5 g Crunchy Buckwheat
Preparation
- Mix malto with water.
- Mix the Rice Crispies and Crunchy Buckwheat with the malto base and roll out directly between two baking papers.
- Bake at 110°C for 15 minutes.
