Coulis of Pornstar Martini
Ingredients
- 200 g passion fruit puree Boiron
- 40 g Vodka vanille
- 20 g sugar / glucose
- 6 g Emulbinder - New Tex
Preparation
- Weigh vodka, sugar and passion fruit and mix together.
- Heat to 37 °C.
- Add Emulbinder toe and mix until you obtain a nice coulis.
